Cornell Watch Company, 1870-1874 Chicago, Illinois. Bought out the Newark Watch Company and finished up later Newark movements. Made gilt 18s movements in key and stem wind with 7-19 jewels with various grade names. Two ladies sizes examples noted in Crossman--none reported or seen.
