Default Columbia Watch Company Pocket Watch ID?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me anything about this pocket watch that is supposedly my great-grandfather's.

It is a Columbia Pocket Watch with a pink dial and has ("h" or "1") 891 M" engraved in the case.

Would a man wear a watch with a pink dial? Would these watches be available in or near Seattle, WA from around 1888 to 1941? Can parts be found for these? Were they relatively inexpensive?

Anything would help!

Thanks,
Ted
