if not bad it certainly doesn't help honest research about historical cases and periods of things original it is tough to documment switcheroos

I like the 18s watches best as there is more beauty in the larger watches. Big and beautiful assuming the condition is great.

Walthams are best but I also like Howards Hampdens and Hamiltons.

Agreed, Kevin, it is tough to not like the larger full plate watches best!

but then there are those 20s Walthams and the large Fasoldts and Adams and Perrys......................

I'm not an expert but here goes. I'll have to say Charles Frodsham - sexy, understated elegence, complicated, repeaters, chronometers, beautiful finish, wonderful dials, graceful hands, classic features. Anyone collect these?

I like Walthams the best because there are so many different varities. Even though there are many different styles, I haven't been burned on Walthams.

I like the Illinois watches, but I already got burned by buying one with the wrong dial.
