Uncommon for sure. I've often wondered why Elgin wasn't more adventurous - though by no means up to the standards set by some of the other companies, the 2-tone "Transit" and "Elite" lines showed they were capable of some interesting damaskeening and 2-tone work.

Just picked this one up last night. Staff is broken and case worn out, but mvt is not hurt.
